Mr. Big does not have any easy days.  There are always problems that require his attention, expensive problems that a lot of very important people on his executive staff are not able to resolve without him. You could be calling Mr. Big as he has just lost a couple million dollars.  But this is what he does and why he has the title of Mr. Big and its one of the things salespeople who call on Mr. Big need to be ready to deal with.
